It was actually a clear and golden fall morning, in 2001.
I heard some workers who had re-entered the subway, which was then headed to Brooklyn.
They were describing some incident. Little did I realize what was occurring.

Went up to my help desk area, saw that no outstanding issues needed my attention.

I left the 17th floor office of Corporation Supporting Housing, and down the elevator to the food cart outside, to buy my bagel and morning coffee.

That is when the second plane hit.

I looked up and saw an airplane sticking out of the World Trade Center. It  proceeded to explode into flame.

That is when the various office workers around me started to run in panic. I shouted "Don't Run" quite loud .

And the crowd realized this is a better way to handle the issue. The morning crowd stopped running. They then walked to their journey.

Back upstairs I went.
During the morning I went into an office where my boss Dalton was, and we both heard the tower fall, A hugh crash shook the ground and our office building.

Our Network was off line
Our receptionist was  hiding under her desk, she was really terrified.

Dalton and I took charge of evacuating the staff down the stairs.

The ground outside was covered with Ash
I walked North to a restaurant that was actually serving lunch.
Above 14th St the crowd who were walking was quite dense.

I then walked home to 26th St and Second.
When I arrived home, I called my sister. Then left my apartment and contacted a neighbor, Karen, across the street.
