Aram Pehlivanian, an attorney and MBA, has joined Georgia Malone & Company, Inc., a real estate consulting and brokerage firm whose clients include prominent developers and owners in New York and in the national marketplace.

Pehlivanian, who has four years of construction management and design experience, will now be responsible for advising on real estate development deals as well as performing financial analysis and performance at the New York-based firm.

"I plan to use my financial and construction management experience in my new position, particularly when it comes to advising on development projects," said Pehlivanian.

Prior to joining Georgia Malone & Company, Pehlivanian worked as an engineer for the City of Akron Bureau of Engineering. While at the Bureau of Engineering, Pehlivanian worked with a licensed architect and managed the design of multiple capital improvement projects. The remainder of his time at the Bureau of Engineering was spent managing the construction of these projects, including overseeing the $4 million renovation of the Firestone Stadium.

Pehlivanian earned his MBA in finance and his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron. He received his BS in building construction management from Purdue University.
